WELCOME!
For today’s senior adult, the thirst for life-giving friendships, supportive community, and ongoing spiritual growth is great. Many are entering a chapter of life marked by shifted priorities and brand new opportunities for meaningful involvement.
Today’s 55+ adult is a vital part of the becoming the life giving presence of Jesus Christ in our modern world. Those born before 1968 comprise a diverse, post-WWII generation of people who have tremendously changed our world. And they will continue to do so.
As members of a multi-generational church, the importance of remaining integrated with all generations for mutual encouragement and understanding is a primary objective for City View Church.

SAMPLE OUR ONLINE CONTENT
To keep people connected and moving forward during lockdowns, we have created over 100 episodes of uplifting, quality content. You can sample here from inspiration, worship and health tips, recorded at-home style and featuring contributors from our regular weekly in-person gatherings:
Inspiration – Pastor Ed and Edie Chapman offer 15-20 minute segments from Paul’s “Letters from Lockdown,” a chapter-by-chapter devotional series based on Paul’s prison epistles.
Worship – Pastor Steve and Lou Ann Asmuth invite you to gather around their living room piano and join them as they sing classic songs from the golden era worship.
Health – “Health Tracks with Sandy Grove, R.N.” As a teaching nurse with Sharp Healthcare, Sandy has lifetime of experience following seniors’ health topics and pandemic preparedness.
A NOTE ON COVID
We understand our community includes an at-risk age group and people who may have underlying medical conditions. We strongly urge attenders to follow the counsel of their primary care physicians and health providers.
